To order a custom cake complete this order form. When the order form is completed and submitted, you will receive a quote via email. Once you have confirmed your order I will email you the invoice for payment. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK MAIL FOR BOTH THE QUOTE AND INVOICE. Please know that I do not always respond to emails over the weekend and definitely not while on vacation or on holiday's.

Upon receipt of the invoice, you will have 24 hours to pay/book your date of event with your full or partial payment. Your event will only be confirmed and on my calendar once payment is received within the 24 hours from receipt of the invoice. If the payment is not received within the 24 hour grace period, the invoice will be deleted and the date may be forfeited and given to the next client requesting the same date.

Any orders received with less than 1 week of the event/pick-update is subject to a 25% (of the total invoice) rush fee. This includes outstanding invoices not paid prior to one week of the event/pick-up date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All orders under $200.00 must be paid in full. All orders over $200.00 may be paid half at booking and the final payment must be received no later than 3 weeks prior to the event.
